Faster process to register your logistic unit

Faster process to register your logistic unit

We are introducing a faster way to register Logistic Units via the app. By reducing two of the steps in our process of taking a picture and analysing the picture. Enjoy a leaner process and quicker registration times while registering your RTI’s.

Mirrored Option for quick photo duplication

Mirrored Option for quick photo duplication

Our new Mirrored Option takes efficiency a step further by allowing you to duplicate a photo with just one click. When registering a Logistic Unit, this feature allows you to mirror your image of one side of the pallet, eliminating the need to take two photos of each side. By using a single image that can be accounted for both sides it is making the registration process even faster.

Count-only

Count-only

The counting-only feature allows users to count RTIs without going through all the steps. This feature enables quick and accurate counting for, for example counting your inventory. Once the counting is completed, the results can be easily compared with or filled in on the corresponding transport document, ensuring that all data aligns seamlessly.

Quick implementation for a fast start

This feature is designed for quick implementation, enabling clients to start quickly with Stack&Track. The functionality, called 'Harvest Logistic Unit Examples,' allows truck drivers to capture photos of return flows. These photos provide essential data to identify challenges and deliver tailored advice that addresses specific needs. By collaborating with our clients, the captured data becomes the foundation for evaluating and deploying solutions quickly and effectively. This ensures clients can start with Stack&Track quickly and effectively.

Accept and adjust incoming shipments

Accept and adjust incoming shipments

The Stack&Track app simplifies the process of managing incoming shipments with the feature for accepting or rejecting deliveries. Users can easily verify the quantities received against the expected amounts and make adjustments directly within the app. If discrepancies are found, you can manually modify the counts to accurately reflect the actual quantities received. This process ensures that your inventory remains accurate and up to date.

Pack to Stock

Pack to Stock

The Pack to Stock feature allows users to create logistic units without the immediate need for a shipment. This functionality is particularly useful for businesses that want to register inventory packing items into units ahead of time. When creating a shipment the logistic units can be assigned to the shipment.

Automatic recognition of incoming shipments

The Stack&Track app recognizes incoming shipments. By scanning the Reference Code with your mobile phone, similar to reading the barcode on a packing slip. Because the shipment has already been registered by your supplier, it is possible to verify and accept it immediately. All relevant information is automatically forwarded to your dashboard, so you always have an up-to-date stock overview.

Create and send a shipment in the app

Create and send a shipment in the app

Create a new shipment in the app when you send (filled) crates or boxes to your supplier. When sending a shipment, add details such as the recipient, location, type of product and a reference number. Within a shipment you are able to add multiple pallets, products and items by creating logistic units.

AI-Powered Photo Feature: Automatic Packaging Counting

AI-Powered Photo Feature: Automatic Packaging Counting

The Stack&Track app simplifies the time-consuming task of managing packaging. By using AI-powered technology to automatically count crates and pallets with a single photo. Advanced vision technology recognizes the type and quantity of packaging items, even in varying conditions such as rain or bright light. As the AI continuously learns from diverse scenarios, it improves accuracy. Once a photo is taken, the results are instantly sent to your system, ensuring real-time inventory updates. This automation saves time, reduces errors, and enhances transparency by storing all photos for later reference in case of disputes.
